How much does a tent cost?
This is a great question!
It is not an easy one to answer though. In order to provide pricing, we need to know a few things.
What type of event are you having? This is good to know becuase we don't want to quote you on a carnival tent for an elegant wedding. While we have a wide variety of sizes and styles and we will work within your budget to help create the vision you have for y our event.
What is your event date? This is important becuase the event industry in our area is very seasonal. We have limited inventory of tents and more importantly our professional team of installers are in high demand during peak season. Pricing can be greatly affected by your event date.
How early are you planning your event? While we do our best to accomodate last minute request (within 1-2 weeks of the event date) During our peak season, this sometimes requires renting additional trucks or putting our installers into overtime and hiring temp labour to support production.
What is the event location? Not only do we need to consider travel costs from our warehous for the install team, but little details such as truck access to the site, parking, ease of unloading, distance from the truck to the install site, handling such as heavy slopes or stairs to deal with. Are we carrying equipment by hand or can we use dolies or hand trucks? Can the tent be staked into the ground or do we need to use weights? We provide a no cost site check when you rent from us to work out all these details in advance so there are no surprises or delays on installation day.
What size tent do you need? We can certainly help you determine the tent size that will work best for you event with more information. How many guests are you expecting? how do you plan to accomodate all the people? Will they be standing for a coctail reception, seated for meal or ceremony or both? Do you need space under the tent for dancing, food service tables, a bar, DJ or band?
