5 Outdoor Venues to Use for Your Next Toronto Event

Summer is around the corner and so are we! If you’re in the GTA and are looking for tent rentals in Toronto, look no further because we’ll supply you not just with tents, but everything else that has to go with your big event.

Although many of these sites come with options to rent equipment, they’ll often go over your budget. Venues are expensive enough so we want to make sure that everything else you need is at a price that makes sense for you.

Yonge-Dundas Square

Often dubbed “tourist central” for its wide variety of both free and paid festivals, performances, photo shoots, concerts, charity events, promotions and others, you can count on the square in the heart of the city to cater to you. If you’re going to be organizing a BIG event, then this is the place for you. Even with little promotion, your event is guaranteed to be visited by onlookers and passersby and they may end up calling more people they know to come and join. This is true largely because of its central location within the city and its proximity to the subway system, the Eaton Centre, restaurants, and so much more.

Besides, you get 10% off for turning on the fountains, and who wouldn’t want those on during a hot day?

The Distillery District

A stunning example of one of the best Victorian industrial architecture sites in North America, the distillery district is one of the top tourist locations. Not as central as Yonge-Dundas Square, but a lot more beautiful with its cobblestone walkways and lighting fixtures. It’s also away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it makes you want to relax and spend more time there.

They also have a variety of events happening, from light shows to jazz fests to food fests galore.

If you need tent rentals for Toronto fun in the Distillery District then we can make sure you don’t get caught in the rain or under the steamy sun.

Ann Tindal Park

Not quite in city’s core but still technically in Toronto we have this beautiful park. You’ll find it on the west side of Bill Boyle Airport. So if you want to get away for the day, make sure to check out if this venue suits your needs. It even has environmentally-sound artificial grass.

Edwards Gardens

Who wouldn’t love to see some luscious greenery in North York? You only get the best at these gardens. No matter what type of event you’ll be hosting, you’ll be sure to spot a few brides and twice as many professional photographers. They have plants such as roses, rhododendrons, and so many perennials.

The location offers many places to explore but if you need a central location then tents would be a great option to use as a landmark.

Trinity Bellwoods Park

With more than 14 hectares of space for anyone to enjoy, this park offers a lively experience, especially because of its surrounding Queen Street funky stores.

Tent rentals for Toronto park-related activities happen all the time what with performance art, farmer’s market vendors, live theatre, book fairs, protests, art galleries, and other events.

Filming goes on intermittently here too so the next event you have here might just coincide with the next Oscar-winning movie.

Hosting events is always a time-consuming process and if you haven’t had enough experience trying to make it a success, you may get flustered and want to give up. But we are here to help so ask us about recommendations we have and we’ll help you achieve your goals.
